Meet Carolyn
Leadership doesn’t necessarily begin with a title.

Often, it begins when someone sees a need, decides to get involved, and is willing to take the first step. That has been a recurring theme throughout Carolyn Eslick’s life.
Carolyn’s journey has taken her from business owner to community leader to public service. As the owner of several businesses, including the Dutch Cup restaurant in Sultan, she learned how to listen, solve problems, build relationships and bring people together—lessons that would shape everything that followed.
Her involvement in the Sultan community led to years of community service, including helping establish the Sultan Family Support Center. She later served as Mayor of Sultan before becoming a Washington State Representative.
The Heart Behind Her Story
But Carolyn’s story is about more than titles. It is also about raising a family, caring for others, taking risks, facing challenges, building relationships and sometimes simply being willing to say, “I’ll do it.”
Today, Carolyn brings those experiences together as a speaker, sharing real-life stories about business, community, collaboration, leadership and the people she has met along the way.
Her goal is simple: to encourage and inspire the listener to take that next step in their life.
"Because sometimes one step is all it takes to begin making a difference".
